CPS Coffee

I always was best coffe as taste, but barista doesn’t hear and understand “extra hot plese”. They make coffe lite room temperature little little warm. When we tried it and told them, they took the coffee away, poured it all out, and whipped it. The coffee got mixed up, and it no longer looked like cappuccino and tasted diluted and watery. They should have made new coffee instead of reheating the existing one. They ruined it. We order new coffe again. We threw away two coffees and ordered a new one, paying for it again. We lost almost 300 baht. Just see how different normal cappuccino and when they make it “extra hot” and mix coffee after I ask second time. I want earn my money for two broke coffee.

I have been a regular customer at this coffee shop since 2019, and during my frequent visits to Bangkok I always recommended it to my friends and family because of the excellent coffee quality and the warm, friendly staff who are always smiling. However, on September 4th, 2025 at 1:28 PM, I had an unpleasant experience. When I ordered my usual coffee, the cashier asked me which size I wanted. I replied “medium,” as I always thought that was the size I had been ordering. To my surprise, she responded in a rude and harsh tone, saying: “You can choose small or large, there is no medium.” The way she said it felt like scolding a student in class, which was very shocking—especially since I approached with a smile and in a friendly manner. This behavior unfortunately ruined my experience that day. If the cashier was having a bad day, it should not be taken out on customers. The charm of this place has always been its excellent coffee and the polite, welcoming staff. I sincerely hope management takes note, as one unpleasant interaction can negatively affect the reputation built over the years.
