D&D Inn Bangkok

Good price overall. Rooftop pool is great - just needs more sunbeds and better music. Im ok s With noise/windowless rooms but this probably isnt somewhere you want to stay for more than a few days, hence it was perfect for us. All staff we encountered were friendly, was generally very clean. Quite basic and obviously noisy from the bars but thats to be expected :)

Pros: The hotel is in a fantastic central location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. ​Cons: Unfortunately, the room itself was a major disappointment. It was incredibly cramped, with barely enough space to move. Since there were no windows, the air felt very stuffy and the room felt claustrophobic. Furthermore, despite being a "central" spot, the street noise was loud and constant all night long, making it very difficult to sleep. ​Summary: Great for the location, but I wouldn't stay here again due to the lack of comfort and noise.

We requested for water and they asked for a charge We were fine with paying for the water; however, asking guests to come down every time instead of delivering it to the room reflects very poor customer service. In addition, my friend experienced continuous bed bug bites, which is completely unacceptable. The room was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest. Furthermore, a staff member at reception was uncooperative, and the overall behavior of the staff was rude and, at times, discriminatory when even the slightest request was made. We had booked two rooms, both of which were very small and uncomfortable. Due to these issues, we will never consider staying at this hotel again and would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking
