no toilet roll in the room on arrival. went down and asked for some and was told they'd send someone up. nobody came. waited hours just to take a shit. Shower was broken and bath didn't have a plug. literally couldn't wash. this place isn't near anything interesting. don't go here

⭐️ 1 star, If I could give zero, I would. Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Please reconsider before even thinking about making a reservation here. Communication was terrible from the start. We booked two rooms and requested early check-in. The day before arrival, we called to confirm and were told it would cost 500 THB per room, which we agreed to pay. On the day of arrival, we called again to double-check availability, only to find out that the price had suddenly increased to 700 THB, despite being told a different price just less than 24 hours before. When we asked for an explanation, all we got was an unclear answer about “high season.” If that was the case, why wasn’t it mentioned the night before? The receptionist’s attitude made the situation even worse, rude, irritated, and dismissive, as if we were bothering her. She brushed us off and said: “If you don’t want it, come check in at 14:00.” No eye contact, no courtesy, nothing. Completely unacceptable. We reported this to the manager, who apologized and admitted the staff were not trained properly. The manager assured us our rooms would be ready at 14:00. We returned at 14:10, only for the same receptionist to incorrectly tell us that our booking did not include breakfast, even though we booked a plan with breakfast. Again, no effort, no professionalism. Then, despite being promised that both rooms were ready at 14:00, we arrived to find them NOT ready. After speaking with the manager again, we were told the rooms would be ready at 14:20—but we couldn’t get into them until around 14:30. How is this acceptable for a hotel of any standard? This was way beyond simple mistakes. The amount of miscommunication, attitude, and lack of professionalism is unbelievable. This will definitely be my last visit.
