Delux bangkok hotel (เดอลักซ์ บางกอก โฮเตล)

This hotel is a scam. They scam you out of the deposit and there is mould in the rooms. The staff are rude and inconsiderate and they are stingy. They are fussy about leaving lights and air conditioning on, which explains why there is mould everywhere. They won’t allow multiple key cards for the room so that they save money on electricity and they won’t allow you to cancel or refund. The path to the elevator is always blocked and there is no where to sit as there is always luggage and bags in the seating area. The bins are small and there are no amenities. The towels are mouldy and the walls are lined with paper that is peeling off. Do not stay at this hotel. The staff are not careful with your belongings and drop fragile items. If you are travelling using Grab, the location markers won’t work to this hotel so travelling from and to this location is tedious. We booked another hotel before the booking even expired.

​I had a very frustrating experience during checkout at this hotel. I had my taxi waiting outside and a flight to catch, but the check-out process took an eternity for all the wrong reasons. ​Instead of prioritizing departing guests, the reception staff seemed more interested in cooking food in the back/lobby area. I was standing there ready to go, and they insisted on a lengthy room check while they were clearly distracted by their morning meal preparations. ​A hotel should prioritize efficiency, especially during morning checkout hours. Their lack of urgency nearly caused me to miss my flight. I won’t be staying here again—if you have a schedule to keep, I suggest you look elsewhere. So Avoid this hotel. I found a cockroach in my room and saw rats in the lobby. To make matters worse, the receptionists were incredibly rude when I complained.
