Dr. Thanatcha Wanichtanom is highly professional, detail-oriented, and skilled. She explains each step of the procedure clearly and ensures that I feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. The hospital environment is modern, clean, and well organized. The staff are courteous and efficient, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. I had an excellent experience at Bangkok Hospital Dental Center, and I am truly grateful for the care and support I received from everyone there. I walked into the dental center without any appointment, simply to understand what options were available for my two missing front teeth. From the moment I arrived, one of the staff members kindly guided me to the reception, and to my surprise, they arranged a same-day consultation for me with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kanokwan Nisapakulthorn. When I reached the consultation floor, I was warmly welcomed. Even before meeting the doctor, the team took my X-ray and prepared everything thoroughly so the discussion with the doctor would be clear and efficient. After reviewing my case, the doctor recommended dental implants. Since I only had 7 days left on my trip, she suggested doing the implant on the same day, which I really appreciated. At that point, I was not fully prepared for the payment due to card limit restrictions from my home country’s bank. Ms. Jantima Kachenchart, the Dental Manager, personally stepped in and helped me with all the required documents to submit to the bank for the card limit extension. The admin staff (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was also extremely attentive and supportive throughout the process. After a short waiting time of about 10–15 minutes, Dr. Kanokwan was ready and took me in for the procedure. She was incredibly caring, friendly, and professional. She explained every step clearly and performed two dental implants with bone grafting very carefully within about 1.5 hours. There was no excessive pain, and I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire procedure. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received at Bangkok Hospital Dental Center. From the reception to the medical team, everyone was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this dental center to anyone looking for professional, efficient, and compassionate dental care.
