This hotel offers an excellent overall experience with a very high standard of service. The only issue I encountered was a leaking AC unit in my room. After contacting the staff, the problem was resolved promptly and efficiently. The team was also thoughtful enough to keep our clean laundry safely behind the reception counter when it was delivered while we were out. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. One point of constructive feedback concerns the service at the Chava restaurant. In contrast to the otherwise luxurious experience provided by the hotel, the service at the restaurant was disappointing. The staff appeared unfriendly, and I waited approximately 20 minutes for a menu before eventually having to flag someone down, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. While the food itself was good, the level of service fell below expectations. Addressing this would help ensure the restaurant reflects the same standard of hospitality as the rest of the hotel.

This was my first time staying at the hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. I checked in around 9:00 PM and was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Khun Seen. Although I do not often see Thai guests staying here, once she learned that I am Thai, both she and Khun Night were especially warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable. I booked a package that included breakfast and had intended to use the spa facilities as well. Unfortunately, I woke up at noon and missed the opportunity to enjoy both the breakfast and spa services. Before checking out, I requested a late check-out until 2:00 PM. The hotel kindly granted my request without any additional charge, which I sincerely appreciated. If I have a flight or transit in the future, this hotel will certainly be my first choice. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. First, we really appreciated their 24/7 restaurant with great food. We arrived quite late and being able to enjoy a proper meal at 1 a.m. was such a great touch especially after a long travel day. It made us feel instantly welcomed and taken care of. Secondly, there was a small issue during our stay, but what truly defines a five-star hotel is how they handle problems and they handled it perfectly. The team resolved everything quickly and professionally, which left us very happy and impressed. The spa massage was absolutely amazing! The best one I’ve had in Thailand over the past two weeks! A special thank you to the therapist, Ann, who was exceptional. Truly skilled and professional. Very knowledgeable! Everything else was great as well: the bed was very comfortable, the pool area was lovely, and we especially enjoyed the happy hour from 4–6 p.m. (get two cocktails pay one). They also offer a free shuttle to the airport! A fantastic bonus! Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!
