  Booked on the same morning my stay as I had to postpone my flight. Contacted the staff and asked them if it was possible to have an earlier checkin time than the standard one in case of availability. I arrived at the hotel and my apartment was ready in a lot of advance, thanks to staff effort. Apartment wa spacious, in great conditions and very clean. The first smile I encountered was Keng, great customer oriented employee who made my stay enjoyable. I will for sure be back.

  A five night stay here on holiday. Convenient location for the SkyTrain, however not much around the hotel. Our one bedroom suite was a little dated but very clean. The towels had see better days with frayed edges and holes, quite a simple thing for a hotel to get right. The Dusit Gormet had good food and we ate the once in the evening. The buffet breakfast was good with a decent choice for the price we paid. The restaurant is just to small for breakfast and sometimes you end up sitting in the lobby, not ideal. The construction next door didn't bother us, but would if you wanted to relax next to the pool, though temporary and out of the hotels control. The negative part was the pool. It is filthy, scum all round the side and green algae on the rock parts. You can see where that have replaced tiles and those bits are clean. None of the water jets work and the loungers have seen better days. Really disappointed and only used it once, it's not very inviting when you can scrap the dirt of the tiles with your fingernail. We would not return to this location. If you never use a pool it is a good value choice.

  Firstly the location is perfect, everything is around 1-2kms (walkable) quick access to all the malls, metro and public transport. The rooms very super clean, smells fresh and it was even equipped with a mini kitchen to prepare quick meals, along with a microwave. We stayed for 4 days and have had a great experience. The food was amazing (being a vegetarian they accommodated my request and provided great food) with very good staff service. welcoming hospitality, great views from the room balcony.

  Unfortunately, our stay at Dusit Suites Ratchadamri was not a good experience at all. Upon arrival, the reception asked me to pay again for our three-night stay, despite having already prepaid through Booking.com. I had to repeatedly insist and show my payment confirmation before the issue was resolved. We were assigned a room on the 10th floor, and upon entering, we immediately noticed mosquitoes in the bedroom. The plates were not properly cleaned, and the coffee machine was broken and leaking water. The facilities were equally disappointing. The steam room and sauna were not working, the gym was extremely hot with no functioning air conditioning, and the treadmill would suddenly stop while in use, which is a serious safety concern. The gym equipment was also outdated, with very limited options for a supposedly 5-star hotel. Hygiene standards throughout the facilities were poor. The only positive experience was the swimming pool area, which our kids enjoyed. There were also a few genuinely lovely and helpful staff members who deserve recognition. Overall, the hotel fell far below our expectations, particularly in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and facilities. Definitely not the 5-star experience we expected.
