Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai

We had the most amazing stay at the Eastin Grand! They checked us in early, the room was spacious clean modern and luxurious. Most comfy soft beds with daily attendance. Even the small touches like night slippers and chocolate in our rooms while we were at dinner. We enjoyed all the facilities including the pools, restaurants and buffet. All faultless with incredible service and amenities. The only note is I am vegan and I wish there were more options at the buffet/in dining menu. In saying that the staff and chefs were wonderful with preparing special meals for me once requested. I felt very looked after and look forward to returning. We had a late international flight and we were allowed to use the facilities and pool after we checked out until the evening. Highly recommend this incredible hotel!

Outstanding stay! First time in Bangkok and the hotel location was so convenient primarily because it is connected to the BTS station. Hotel staff and professionalism was top-tier - everyone was extremely kind, accommodating, and helpful. Room was cleaned promptly everyday. Amenities including breakfast, pool, executive lounge, and complimentary laundry were fantastic; we loved the large selection of food and drinks. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Bangkok!

This is my second time staying at this hotel within the last 6 months. Getting to and from the airport to the hotel is extremely simple, just take the Airport Link from the Suvarnabhumi Airport to the terminus (30 minutes) at PhayaThai Station with a cost of only less than US$1.5. Saving all the travel jam. Hotel has direct link bridge to the Airport Link station, which is also a BTS station with two station to the Siam station (the central station). Check-in went very smooth while we opt for the executive lounge options, all check-in were taken care of in the lounge while we were served the welcome drinks and resting on a nice sofa. All the staff were extremely nice and show great hospitalities. They were all very attentive. The lounge offers include buffet breakfast at the 5th floor restaurant or breakfast at the lounge. it also offers a afternoon tea buffet with a free flow of Cocktails, wine, beer, smoothies, mocktails, juices, expresso or tea for all you can drinks plus all kind of warm and cold snacks. Environments at the lounge are excellent with all the staff that were very attentive and helpful. I chose a one bedroom suite (my second time) and the room is simple and extreme clean. The view of the hotel is magnificent with no tall building in your view. I only stayed two nights and the staff offers to help me book the restaurants and massages etc. Many thanks for FAH who check in our room and help us out with many other small details, Ms. GIN the relationship manager also did a very good job assistant us with our needs. Overall, it is too bad that I can only rate it a 5 stars especially with their great services and that professionalism.(at least a 6 stars services) . Good job, I will definitely come back the third time plus.......
