Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn

Wow - what an amazing hotel. I can’t believe this isn’t a 5 star hotel. All we received was a 5 star service. From arrival at the hotel we felt looked after and warmly welcomed by every staff member who were so delightful. The rooms were immaculate and had everything you could need, including a very comfy bed. Breakfast was brilliant. So many options (too much choice , I wish I had longer to try it all!) and great if you are a vegetarian like me. I used the gym every day which was well equipped and had amazing views. The pool area is lovely and well looked after , although it can be quite busy in the day and in hot weather. For the price, this hotel is really worth it and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Eastin Grand for such a pleasant stay.

Great Stay! Make sure to book a high floor room. The view of State Tower was amazing from our room on the 17th floor. The pool and bar is also nice. Breakfast was one of the best I had in hotels so far - and I‘ve been to many. The selection of warm Asian dishes along with international selection was just fantastic. What I really want to mention is the service which was outstanding! Will book again.

We stayed five nights at the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn and had a very enjoyable experience. We booked the Grand Executive Deluxe Suite, which fully met our expectations in terms of comfort, space and quality. The welcome felt warm and personal, especially with the welcome drink and the dedicated check-in at the Executive Lounge. After arriving in Bangkok at 6 AM from a long flight, being able to access our room already at 10 AM was fantastic and highly appreciated. The amenities are excellent. The gym is very well maintained, the restaurant offers very good food, and the pool area is beautiful. One small note: due to the adjacent building, the pool does not get much sun after around 3:30 PM. The only minor downside was the elevator waiting time. Even with four elevators, we sometimes waited quite a while on the 31st floor. One day there was maintenance, but the staff handled it well and even escorted us via the staff elevator, which was a fun little behind-the-scenes moment. The direct access to the BTS Skytrain is a huge advantage and makes exploring Bangkok extremely convenient. Overall, the hotel meets international standards. The staff are consistently friendly and professional. Prices are on the higher end, but that is expected for this level of quality in Bangkok. We would definitely recommend it.
