I chose this clinic because of its location and the strong Google reviews. I originally visited to have Rejuran eye injections. During the consultation, I was advised that Restylane filler would be a better option, although it was more expensive. I trusted the recommendation and agreed to proceed with that treatment instead. During the procedure the result already appeared somewhat uneven, and I was told I might need an additional 1cc of filler to correct it, which would be at additional cost. After allowing time for swelling to settle, I returned around ten days later because one side still appeared uneven. From my perspective the adjustment required looked minimal (around 0.3cc). However, I was told that I would need to purchase another full 1cc of filler, costing almost the same as the original treatment. I offered to pay for the product itself, but this was declined. Instead, they kindly offered a complimentary facial treatment, which I appreciated, although it did not address the original issue. What was most disappointing for me was that I initially came for a different and less expensive treatment, followed the clinic’s recommendation to switch procedures, and still left with a result that appeared uneven and unresolved. The staff are polite, speak good English, and the clinic itself is clean and well presented. However, based on my experience and the final outcome, I cannot say that I was satisfied with the result. I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Jan 12th 2026 service date. FIRST TIME, WORST TIME This was my first time getting laser, I was told over WhatsApp that they would do the shaving so I didn’t do it myself. (My fault for not doing research and realizing I should’ve shaved before had) They used an electric razor that didn’t shave low enough so it made the service HURT worse than it needed to. The machine kept over heating every ~20 minutes and then they would leave the room for 10-15 minutes. After the first hour and a half someone finally decided to explain what the issue was. There was not enough communication at all. Multiple people just kept going in and out of the room, the door was open, and then curtain kept being blown open because the fan in the room in the attempted to cool the machine. I felt so uncomfortable and exposed I wanted to cry multiple times. They told me 2 hours for 6 services, but it took 4 hours and I didn’t even get the Brazilian done which was the #1 thing I wanted. By the time they were going to do it, it was 7:47pm and they close at 8pm. They rushed through my legs and another service so I finally spoke up and said I was done and wanted to go. I feel like I was scammed honestly, total rip off. I blame myself for not being bold enough to speak up earlier and leaving and not getting charged for such terrible services. They gave me for “free” one of the cheaper services and a free facial while I waited almost 30 minutes at one point for the machine to cool enough for them to start again. This was truly such a terrible first experience that I don’t think I’ll ever waste my time again to try it again.
