Played a 3-star game yesterday. Game quality. Maybe 3-4 stars: - pockets of well-designed puzzles - some parts simply require a 'random', open-ended approach to solving clues. Could use more targeted clues to minimize 'guessing' and maximize 'solving' Cleanliness and maintenance. 2 stars: - Room is old and materials / game equipments are severely dated. Torn badges, tapes etc. - EXTREMELY dusty (likely from carpet). Not fit for people with allergies. Recommend staff tackle this immediately. Staff servicing. 2 stars: - well spoken, yet unenthusiastic - no pre-game narration - lack of service mind

Escape Room Thailand at MBK is a convenient spot with some fun themes, but a few puzzles didn’t really make sense and felt random instead of clever. The decoration in parts of the room looked plain and could use more detail, and for the price it feels a bit expensive for what you get. Overall it’s an okay experience if you want to try something different at the mall, but it could be much better with more logical puzzles and stronger atmosphere.
