While I was on the hunt for an apartment I stumbled on this company. Was skeptical at first but after reading reviews I decided to reach out. I was connected with Mint. We ended up shortlisting a few properties via WhatsApp and then scheduling to see them the next day. I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism. She was patient, informative and genuinely seemed to care about finding the perfect fit for me. If she didn't know the answer to my question she was always able to get the answer back to me. While I never went through with any of the properties we were looking at (I was on a short time frame unfortunately so had to reach out to multiple agents), I would thoroughly recommend Mint. Will definitely be reaching out to her directly for my next search.👌

When I moved to Bangkok, I thought finding a place to live would be significantly challenging. But thanks to FazWaz it became really a breeze. I booked the visit to property online and within hours their representative (Pink Montreewiwat) messaged me. She was very professional and responsive. She arranged the visits very next day for few of the apartments of my choice and made sure that she provides all the relevant details around rules/pricing/ bill payment etc related to property. Even after finalising the condo and moving in she kept regularly in touch to check if everything is OK. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a condo to work with her.

I’ve lived in multiple places around the world and wanted to share my personal experience with FazWaz in Thailand. The initial process went smoothly while the commission-related steps were being handled, but after that was done, I personally felt the level of support dropped off significantly. During the showings, I believed the agent was communicating directly with the owner. Later, I learned it was actually a cobroker arrangement and another agent was speaking with the overseas owner. I wish this had been clearer from the beginning, since it affected how easily I could get information. After the earthquake, I had a difficult time getting the assistance I hoped for and decided not to leave a review then because I just wanted to move on. But a recent issue made me feel that sharing my experience could help others. When I moved out, someone from their team or agency involved inspected the apartment and told me everything looked fine. I also asked what to do with the WiFi modem since the original agent had set it up for a commission. I was told to leave it in the unit, so that’s what I did. A few months later, when setting up internet in my new place, I was informed I owed 4000 baht for a modem that was never returned. When I contacted the company, I was told the modem was no longer in the apartment and that I would be responsible for the cost. This has simply been my experience, and others may have different ones. For anyone moving to Thailand, I’d recommend doing some research on communities like Reddit, where people share helpful insights about renting and working with agencies. After living in Bangkok for over a year and learning more about how things work here, I personally wouldn’t use this company again and would encourage others to look into additional options before deciding.
