Location is reasonably good. But building is old. Old swimming pool, old car park, old lifts. Passenger lifts break down every quarter of the year… probably they just continue to repair and not fix the problem.. Thai style. So if you like the location but constant n unpredictable lift breakdowns, then this is the place for you.

Do your research before you rent or buy this condo. Units are 3 rooms n at average 1800-2100 sqft. But the car park is old n narrow n dark. Only one lot per unit - and you have to pray for a good lot and the lots are very small in some areas of the car park. Majority of units are old n not renovated for decades n are still being marketed for rent. Cleanliness is decent but common areas are very old and without ceiling boards showing actual piping and decades of dirt and dust. Security guards are not very friendly. Neighbours use trolley and they just dump it in the lift for the cleaners to clear.. You should not expect visitors because they charge parking for visitors at 50 baht per hour. Overall only plus point is the location..if you love an address in Thonglor.

The units there are not too bad, spacious and structurally still sound. However, the JC likes to change policies to suit the committee members all the time, and please beware of some of the committee members. If you are thinking of renting or buying a unit there, I would wish you the best of luck - you may need it.
