Amazing experience, went for a consultation and then a hour session. The physio knew and explained all the issues really clearly and gave a approximate timeline to recovery as well as stretches and movements to fix the root cause of the issue. The ultrasound massage and sports massage was also really good and helped alleviate some of the pain. Overall fantastic experience from start to finish!
