Fitting room says maximum three pieces. White guy has six pieces, he brought in three pieces into the fitting room, while he hands over another three pieces to his friend waiting outside. While he is trying, a line forms outside the fitting room. After he tried three pieces, he opens the door to get the other three pieces from his friend. Naturally I’m pissed cause I’ve been waiting outside the door for some time and the sign says maximum 3 pieces, he is essentially trying 6? Staff comes and intervenes, although she does it poorly. My understanding is that she told him to split 3-3 so maybe he thought he could try 6 at one go. After maybe 1-2 minutes of arguing and translation issues, I hung the clothes back where I found it and walked off (because I’m a courteous person and I have 公德心), not like some other people. Also, to be honest, felt like the staff was taking his side cause he is white and I’m just a poor little Chinese girl. The staff was wearing a headscarf. Nevertheless, I’m not going to patronise this store anymore and will tell all my friends not to do so. We should all be treated the same regardless of which country we come from.
