Fraser Suites Sukhumvit, Bangkok

Stayed here with family. The stay was exceptional. Marie was super helpful and so was everyone else. The Indian food is insanely good at Charcoal and everything ordered on room service was brilliant too! Especially the chicken basil rice! The staff is so kind, warm and helpful. Not a single complaint. Took their van to the airport as we had lots of luggage and it was a better option than Grab or Bolt given how bad the traffic in Bangkok can be. The rooms are great too! I loved the pillow menu! I throughly enjoyed and would definitely be back here. Great location, great Peruvian style bar, great Indian restaurant, quite a decent breakfast - the omlette was yummy!

We stayed for one week at Fraser Suites but would have happily extended. Like any good hotel the quality of the experience is down to the staff and at Fraser Suites they really are outstanding. The front desk team are always ready with a smile and a helpful suggestion even when busy. Jack made check in so easy despite our arrival at an unsociable hour. Golf the pool and gym attendant went out of his way to ensure our needs were met and the team on reception including Ricki, Yui, May, Poppy and New were extremely helpful to ensure we could relax after checking out while waiting for our flight. An excellent hotel that I can highly recommend

The rooms are serviced self contained. They were spotless. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The king bed was huge. The housekeepers we’re obliging and polite. The front desk staff were courteous and extremely helpful. The breakfast room staff were so friendly and gave the best service. The concierge were wonderful. Thank you all at Fraser Suites Bangkok we hsd a wonderful 2week stay
