I bought a house in the Golden Town Phahonyothin-Saphan Mai project about 4 years ago and have been paying the maintenance fees consistently, but I haven't been able to use the common areas as I should. For example, the clubhouse currently has exercise equipment placed in a cramped and stuffy show house, and there's no sign of the clubhouse being fully returned to residents for their use anytime soon.

The worst real estate company I’ve ever encountered so far. Bad services. Took too much advantage from client more than acceptable. My reference is Grandio Bangkae, the property I bought for living for 3 yrs, bad customer caring, bad after sales services. Even without raining, the flood water can be seen on the way to village without proper management and communication to client about exact plan how/when to fix this problem. The quality is not worth with money we paid. The worst decision I made so far.
