Highly recommended! The hotel is in an excellent location, with many attractions and food options nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the daily housekeeping service keeps everything fresh and comfortable. The food is also great, with good quality and variety. Overall, everything from the service to the facilities was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This was our first stop in Thailand for three nights. We arrived early for check in and were luckily accommodated. Room was on the 18th floor, very spacious with a huge bed and a great bathroom. An amazing place to stay to sleep off the jet lag. The smart tv too was a great luxury. The rooftop pool is basic but we loved it, with free towel hire and a great view of Bangkok. The lady behind the bar was very friendly too, and we liked the buy two drinks get one free! We also had booked in the executive lounge - so there was free food and drink from 6 - 8pm each evening. Location is perfect, close to travel links. Staff were on hand to help, and organised us a breakfast box for our early taxi at 5:30am. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel in a great location with very friendly helpful staff. Has been a major improvement with the recent renovations in the bedrooms and hallways. Has made the rooms much fresher and brighter. Rooftop pool great with nice restaurant and amazing views. The main dissapointment was the lack of consideration by guests from India. Each time i was in the elevator with other guests from india a strong potent smell of body odour was observed. I even noticed a young child on one occasion holding his nose and complaining to his father of what the bad smell was. Its only common courtesy to other guests to maintain minimum levels of hygiene especially when the soap and shampoo free. The other incident involving a couple from India 🇮🇳 getting into the pool fully clothed. Long black pants and one with a long sleeve shirt and the other wearing long pants and a jumper. 25 people just stared in disbelief and everyone immediately vacated the pool. A suggestion might be to put them on the lower floors and have them use the stairs instead of the elevator.
