Bad experiences this hotel. Can't not change room. I stay 4 day. Sleep no very well. I will barn this hotel, outside no message no food..staff no friendly.agoda no give real review.

I had a very alarming experience at this hotel involving a serious breach of privacy and guest safety. During check-in, I told the front-desk female staff (the staff wearing glasses) that I was being chased and needed to check in urgently for my own safety. Two female staff members saw how quickly and anxiously I rushed upstairs with my luggage. Despite knowing my safety concern, the hotel staff later disclosed my booking details — including my full name and stay dates — to a third party without my permission. That person then contacted me directly and knew exactly which hotel I was in. This is not a minor mistake — it is a severe breach of Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and a complete failure of the hotel’s duty to safeguard guest confidentiality. I had clearly communicated a safety concern during check-in, yet the hotel still released my information. This incident forced me to leave the property and relocate to another hotel for my safety. It caused significant distress, fear, and a total loss of trust in the hotel’s ability to protect its guests. I hope the management takes this seriously and implements strict measures to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
