Galaxy Flower Shop One Bangkok

I had a very disappointing experience at your flower shop today. I went there intending to purchase a bouquet of purple hydrangeas, but the staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. First, when I asked about the flowers, the staff member completely ignored my request and instead started calculating the price without even responding to me. I felt disrespected, as if my questions and presence did not matter at all. Even worse, when I tried again to ask politely about the purple hydrangeas, he dismissed me and said that online orders are more important than in-store customers like me. He then told me that I would have to wait for one hour before being assisted. This was very upsetting, because I had come all the way to your shop and was ready to purchase immediately, yet I was treated as though my order was not valuable.

Very unfriendly service by the gentleman in evening. I tried to make a simple bouquet for a birthday gift and asked for a little help as I never compose flowers. The only three words that gentleman continuously brought out of his mouth was "up to you". Very poor service, flower did also not look that fresh.
