Can't really say much coz it's cheap. The location is not correct. It's actually inside alley where cars cannot enter. Lots of food nearby. A big foodcourt it just 50m away. There's Even halal food in the foodcourt. There's also a marijuana dealer 40m away from the hotel. Convenient!! About the room. It's a spring bed. But literally no cushion. It's uncomfortable after a long day. 32" tv... Can't complain. Didn't watch TV anyway. Although u can't hardly move around here with grab. U have to walk Abit upfront in a not so crowded place to get grab.

I was coming in late from out of town to the Gateway Hotel. I called the same day as my check-in date to confirm my room and to let them know I would be arriving around 10;30pm. They confirmed my room and that someone would be there to check me in. When I got there they said there were "technical" problems with the room and there were no more hotels in the building available. I had demanded a refund and they refused. They said they had another hotel location they could set me up with for the night. The first hotel they suggested, was a 1 star, dirty hotel with no AC, dirty comforter and the door did not lock properly. I declined that hotel, and then they brought me to a second location, this place had no AC, bathroom lights did not work and it smelled. The front desk person almost mentioned to not answer the door if someone knocked. This made me very uncomfortable. Finally, after almost 3 hours of going back and forth, demanding a refund and a nice hotel like I had already paid for. I was declined it all and asked to "compromise" to a third hotel location. By all means, this hotel was nowhere near the amount of quality the gateway hotel was. I paid for AC, safety, cleanliness and proper necessities, none of these were met and my money was not returned to me. I had confirmed, pre-booked and doubled checked my stay before arriving late at night. I will never return to this hotel and I would not suggest it to anyone staying in Bangkok. This is very disappointing for a female traveller.

Booked this 3-star hotel thinking that it would be good. The main lobby looks nice but sometimes there would be unsightly pile of stuff there. The hotel was in a small alley which was very easy to miss. The room didn’t have any windows and there were a lot of things that were not very satisfactory: - There was only a pillow on the bed. - There were lots of noises coming from the outside (?) and other rooms (?) - There was no outlet near the bed/nightstand. - There were cobwebs everywhere. - The shower head didn’t match the hose and the angle can’t be adjusted. The toilet seat was not screwed to the toilet!!! - The grout was disgusting and stained. - There was nowhere to put your shampoo and stuff in the shower. There were holes on the wall which seemed like it was where the soap dish was mounted before. - The light bulb in the room was busted and it wasn’t even replaced before we checked in.
