Huge room, quiet and clean. Service was excellent with many special personalized needs. The staff was all so kind and helpful always with big smiles and greatings as we we entered and exited the property. I will 100% continue to use this hotel for all future Bangkok stays.

A Spacious Gem in Bangkok – Amazing Service and Huge Rooms! We booked our stay at the Grand Mercure Bangkok Asoke Residence completely by surprise. We walked into the reception in the middle of the night, two days before our planned check-in, and a very nice guy at the front desk provided excellent service and helped us book our room. We came to celebrate my partner's birthday, and it was the perfect choice. • The Room: If you don't want to settle for the average small rooms in Bangkok, this is the place. We booked the Deluxe Suite and the room was simply massive (84 sqm!), equipped with a kitchenette and a huge fridge. It felt like a pampering apartment. • Location: Fantastic! It was very close and convenient to the Skytrain (BTS), which made traveling to the city center quick and easy. • Facilities & Food: The hotel's pool is stunning. It’s near the breakfast and lunch restaurant and the gym. • Service: The service throughout our stay was amazing. I specifically want to commend Mind from the hotel staff, who was incredible and helped us patiently and with a smile with every question we had. Overall, it was really nice to experience a hotel of this level during our stay in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

I’m currently staying at Grand Mercure Bangkok Asoke Residence and have had an excellent experience from the start. The location is perfect — close to transport, restaurants and everything you need — yet still quiet and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained, and the facilities were great for both short and longer stays. What really stood out though was the customer service, especially from Pakon. Pakon went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Friendly, professional and genuinely attentive — nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare to receive service that feels so personal and welcoming. Thank you to Pakon and the team for making the stay enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back
