Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium

Staff are friendly, welcoming and rooms are clean. Great customer service, good breakfast and ambiance. Wifi is ok around 50mbps. Great if you are in budget and no time constraints. Good view and foods in executive lounge. - Very close to the Golden palace - close to praram9 hospital - closest good mall is the Siam Paragon - airport transfer service is great - we also booked with them Cons: - The elevator is a bit of an issue for us, we got stuck once and we were so scared but they were able to fix it right away, most of the time we were there for 3-days and 2 nights there's only 2 lifts and it's so slow and always full and you have to wait for the next one again while it stops level by level. - Quite far from Iconsiam so you have make sure you have plenty of time to get there if you have a cruise booked for dinner. Traffic is horrendous and the lift is very slow - power outage but it was fixed on the same day. All in all, we had a great experience no issue with any staff or customer service. It's more of the building itself that needs upgrading especially the lift.

I had a wonderful time during my stay, especially thanks to the amazing hospitality at the restaurant. A huge thank you to Praew, Dream, Enety, and Nook for their professional and friendly service. As a Platinum member, I truly appreciated the Welcome Drink they served—it was a great touch and made me feel very valued. On top of the great service at the restaurant, I was also very happy with the room upgrade I received as part of my member benefits. The team here really knows how to take care of their guests. I highly recommend this hotel for their top-notch service and Platinum recognition!

I recently had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium, and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel has a beautiful ambiance, spacious and comfortable rooms, and excellent cleanliness standards. Its location in Bangkok makes it very convenient for travel, shopping, and exploring the city. What really made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Praew, Dream, Earth, Eyety, Natty, and Luk for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their professionalism and caring attitude made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.
