Absolutely terrible hotel service. The night shift staff were fine, but the morning shift staff were rude, inflexible, and borderline incompetent. The difference in attitude was shocking. We booked 5 separate rooms for 6 people, all individual bookings, yet the hotel somehow decided to lump all our deposits together like we were one room. Completely unacceptable. We clearly understand that late check-out costs 1,000฿, no issue there — but for the rooms that checked out on time (by or before 1pm), there was ZERO reason to withhold the deposit. So explain this: 5,000฿ in deposits, 3 rooms checked out on time, yet we could not get our deposit back. Why? Why couldn’t the late check-out rooms be charged separately like any normal hotel would do? This makes absolutely no sense and feels like pure laziness or intentional obstruction. On top of that, one of our friends accidentally left his room card inside the room after checking out. Housekeeping was already inside the room packing up, yet reception still insisted he physically go back upstairs, retrieve the card, and come back down before they would process the check-out. Are you serious? This level of rigidity is ridiculous. The rooms themselves are clearly old and worn, which we tolerated. But what is completely unacceptable is the hygiene. The hotel slippers were obviously reused, dirty, and stained. Frankly, it’s disgusting — and yes, it makes you wonder what kind of foot fungus the previous guest might have had. Overall, this hotel lacks basic service sense, flexibility, and cleanliness standards. The way deposits, check-outs, and guest concerns were handled was frustrating, unreasonable, and deeply disappointing. Definitely not worth the trouble.
