I reserved a dormitory room for a friend to stay for 19 days. These were their comments: The facility description says this accommodation is air-conditioned but air-conditioning is provided from 5 pm to 12 pm, only. No air-conditioning during the daytime. People are smoking marijuana in the outdoor courtyard which provides access to the rooms. There are no bathrooms on the same level as the bedrooms. The walls are not soundproof with the outside and in-between rooms.
