Located in a very residential neighborhood with everything n anything you need right there. Workers are friendly, the two women at reception are amazing and friendly, they even upgraded me to a Delux room for free. Rooms are great with anything you need, designs of the rooms are great. Smart TVs are there, fridge is big, little balcony and a big table if you need to work. Plus there is a little sofa in the room. Security is good as you need a fob enter to the gates. Elevator is available. I had an issue with the water (they had a burst pipe and water stopped) and they gave me some compensation without even asking. Nearby you've got authentic local eaties which are cheap, and several mini marts. Place is quiet.

Quiet, clean, specious room, high water pressure, daily renewed water at room. All for 20 eur per night. The location is not ideal if you want to go Khaosan Road area a lot, but even then Grab motorcycle is 40-80 baht. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here for 2 nights! I enjoyed the stay. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room and common area were spotless. The location is a bit harder to reach by car, so I would definitely recommend it for backpackers or when you're traveling light!
