I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Bangkok. The overall experience was excellent—from the clean and comfortable rooms to the convenient location and great amenities. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. I would like to especially commend Nannie, Batt, Belle, and Alis for their warm welcome, attentiveness, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their professionalism and friendliness truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. Thank you for making our visit to Bangkok memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

During,I stayed at Holiday Inn Bangkok and was truly impressed by the excellent service and good take care provided by Ms.Nannie at the Ginger restaurant. From the very first moment, she warmly welcomed my husband and me with a friendly smile. We visit Thailand 2–3 times a year, and she still remembered our preferred table inside the restaurant (Table B.8). She also remembered that I enjoy Earl Grey tea, my husband prefers cappuccino, I like hot boiled eggs, and my husband likes a 4-minute soft-boiled egg. She kindly asked if we still wanted the same, and arranged everything without us needing to explain. The morning breakfast restaurant being quite busy,Nannie worked very fast and professionally, always with a smile. She even moved tables and chairs to make sure guests had comfortable seating. Her team was also efficient, attentive, and consistently helpful. The hotel is truly fortunate to have such dedicated and professional staff.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Bangkok on Phloen Chit Road in Lumpini for four nights in February 2026. The location is very good, right next to the Sukhumvit line of the BTS. The hotel is old but has been renovated, with a quite nice design, although the quality of the room renovations was poor. When I booked, I asked for a room on a high floor, but I was given a room on the fourth floor. The view from my window was the worst I've ever had in Bangkok. The staff try hard, are well trained and very polite and helpful. Breakfast is good, but nothing spectacular. I paid around THB 6,800 (EUR 185) per night for two people, including breakfast, and for that amount there are much better places to stay in Bangkok. Sorry, but this hotel is not worth the money.
