I contacted this agency regarding Listing 500018265 on the DDproperty website, which was advertised at 20,000 THB. After I reached out and clearly stated that I was a serious renter, the price was suddenly increased to 26,000 THB, a 30% jump. This behavior is unprofessional and feels intentionally misleading. It seems the agency uses psychological tricks to push for a higher commission, which is very disappointing. Every other real estate agency I’ve dealt with in Thailand has been fair, transparent, and friendly. This was my first negative experience in 3 years of living here. Avoid this agency and you’ll be fine. Cheers.

【❌The worst real estate company - Foreigners should not sign contracts with them⚠️】 I've lived in the area for 4 years and have never encountered such a terrible real estate company They were at the mercy of the house owner and tried to make me pay the payments that the owner should have made, and at the end of the contract the owner took 9,000 baht and returned the deposit without even checking the room with me When I moved in, the room was full of cockroaches, it wasn't cleaned 100%, and they don't even manage the property As a foreigner, they didn't understand Thai, so they tried to cheat me out of the parking fee. It was a really bad experience and I will never sign a contract with them again. Foreigners should never sign a contract with them. It's the worst.

Very poor service, you better run away. This agency doesn’t allow you to ask multi-rooms availability. One of their staff said to me, once I finished looking around then I can come back to her, I don’t want to waste my time .. how weird is it? Very unprofessional service, they don’t know how to manage listings and how to handle clients who are searching for options..
