I had a great stay at this Hotel Bangkokian (11-Feb to 16-Feb). The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Special thanks to one of the staff (Kai) for his excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we were well taken care of. His kindness truly made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

Very nice. Would come again! Nice design, nice people, very well thought out, highly recommend. We had to get an early check in, and they helped us as best they could. The furniture is very well planned and built. The lighting is also top notch. I liked the labeled light switches. That should be a standard is hotels. As other people have said, the noise insulation is inadequate. The main issue is the door. We didn't have any issues, and could sleep without being bothered, even though is was New Year's and the hotel was full. We didn't hear anything through the walls. The windows are single glazed, and thus noisy and hot. It got up to 36 degrees without the AC. But it was nice and comfy with the AC, and the noise level was good enough to get some sleep. The area is away from the main road, so there's not much traffic. The breakfast could use some diversity, but it was fine for our 4 nights.

We stayed at Hotel Bangkokian from December 14–22 for our honeymoon, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful—modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Our room felt special and welcoming, making our honeymoon even more memorable. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Everyone was kind, friendly, and attentive, making our stay completely hassle-free. Special thanks to Thip (Manager) for the warm hospitality and smooth coordination, Freeze—our favorite admin—for being incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, and Prik, who checked us in and instantly made us feel welcome. Their genuine care and excellent communication made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We’re so grateful to the Hotel Bangkokian team for being part of such a special chapter in our lives. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay here again when we return to Thailand 🇹🇭✨

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall the stay itself was fine. The room was clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, our checkout experience completely overshadowed the positive parts of our stay. We had informed the hotel in advance that we would be checking out late at night (11:30 pm) to catch our flight, which was agreed upon earlier that day. When checking out, the staff member only spoke Thai and inspected our room. Using Google Translate, we were then told that something was missing — first described as a “tissue pack,” then later as some kind of fabric bag, possibly a shoe bag. We were shown a photo of a bag with a hairdryer inside and told that a second similar bag was missing (without any clear explanation of what exactly it was). Because we were under time pressure to catch our flight, the staff member demanded 100 Baht. We paid simply to avoid missing our flight. This is not about the money. It is about being accused of taking something without any clear proof or explanation, and being put under pressure at checkout when we had no time to properly clarify the situation. We left the hotel feeling upset and treated unfairly. It is unfortunate because the rest of the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was otherwise fine. But this checkout experience was unprofessional and left a very negative impression.
