Hotel Muse Bangkok, Autograph Collection

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Muse Bangkok Langsuan. The hotel’s Art Deco design is absolutely stunning — elegant, atmospheric, and full of character. From the beautifully styled lobby to the thoughtfully designed rooms, every detail reflects a strong sense of identity and sophistication. The location is perfect: central yet peaceful, with easy access to BTS and major shopping areas. The rooftop bar is also a highlight, offering a great ambiance and impressive city views. I would especially like to recognize Charlyne for her exceptional service. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout my stay. Her genuine care and attention to detail made a real difference — she anticipated our needs and handled everything with grace and efficiency. And gave me an upgrade :) The hotel itself is outstanding, but team members like Charlyne truly elevate the entire experience. I’m sincerely grateful and would absolutely return.

I spent four nights in this lovely, modern hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel's staff were everywhere and they were all super nice and helpful, including Antonio who kindly stored our luggage after we checked out, while we went shopping. Nearly every worker seemed to be able to speak English sufficiently for their interactions with guests. The breakfasts were delicious and some different food items were offered each day, along with many similar ones. It is close to the Center railway station. I was very happy with this hotel and recommend it.

This is our first trip to Thailand and we started off the trip in Bangkok and stayed at Hotel Muse for three nights. For us, it was perfection. We arrived very early in the morning (around 5a) and they our room was ready to be checked in upon arrival, which was amazing considering we had been flying for 24 hours. The staff is amazing. Mr. A is incredible and was a highlight of the entire experience offering recommendations, local tips and more. They arranged for cars to pick us up and more. We did not eat at the hotel while staying there but the restaurants looked great. We did enjoy cocktails on the rooftop and the views and service were great. While the pool area is small, it was wonderful to just sit up there with a beer after a day of sightseeing. The views from the pool are equally as nice! The location was also nice. In the heart of all of it, easy to jump on a station, grab a tuk tuk, go for shop or anything else. On to the room. We did get a corner room and the views were great from all sides. The room was very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.
