  We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. It’s the perfect place to relax, and the location couldn't be better—just a few minutes' walk to both the BTS and the Airport Rail Link. Highly recommended if you're visiting Bangkok!

  I’ve stayed at several hotels around the Phaya Thai area, and this was my first time here. Overall, the experience was nice, especially the great location and the lovely birthday setup they arranged for me. I really appreciated the thought and attention to detail. 🙏 The only small issue was our initial room, which was located right next to a storage/service room. There was some noise from housekeeping during the day, which was a little noticeable, especially as we were staying for five nights. However, I really appreciated how quickly the hotel responded when I mentioned it to the front office. The staff kindly apologized and moved us to another room right away, and the new room was much more comfortable and quiet. Overall, I was happy with how the staff handled the situation. Hopefully, the hotel can consider room allocation for longer-stay guests in the future. Thank you for taking good care of us.

  Room is tastefully decorated, great aesthetic throughout. Right next to Phaya Thai Station, one could already see the hotel once out from station platform. Just a 100m walk. Great value for money. Vast dinner venues right outside the hotel - japanese izakaya, Korean somaek, Thai Pad Kra Pao. Also award winning Factory cafe. 7Eleven Bfast is humbly yet thoughtfully served, natural yogurt without sugar is pleasant surprise, almond nibs and toasted cashew nuts are provided. coffee is surprisingly well brewed, I usually hv 1 cup coffee in the morning back at home, but I drank 2 cups every morning here. Omelette and scramble egg are best choice as they make to order, fried egg & ham are bit dried since they kept warm in chafer, the texture became rubbery. Simple serving of 3 types of fruits daily,with mini salad bar. Choices not grand but there are bits of everything western and Asian - porridge, rice, bread, sausages. Staffs are attentive and warm - from check in, to maintenance, to waitress, cleaners, all incredibly welcoming with high service standards, thank you so much for the pleasant stay~
