We booked here for a few days while staying at Bangkok, I love the vibe and the hotel . X was very friendly and helpful. We made us feel extremely welcomed. The bathroom is amazing and very quiet. Would recommend.

I loved the location! It was authentic, easy to get to major sites, and I felt safe. Yes, it’s not the fanciest or most “western” part of Bangkok, but that’s not what I came to Bangkok for. The room was comfortable and the hotel theme was very consistent. Good (albeit pricey) craft beers at the front, and a lovely manager!

Little boutique hotel in the middle of a mixed area. What I liked It's theme. Very insta ready. Modern industrial look and rooms and public spaces with plenty of space. We had a food prep space and a caged balcony. I warmed to its location although it was a mixed kind of place. Next door was the musical instrument making/selling quarter. I nearly bought a metal Xaphoon (mini sax which looked cool). It was walkable to a number of attractions which suited us (having been on a week long trail). It looked a bit chunky at night with women setting up camp at dusk and it being a poor area. There was always a helpful soul at the front desk when we dropped by. Friendly but reserved would be my assessment. All fine. What I liked less. Lets get this bit right, im explaining why 4 stars, so minor points only. Its darkness. The hotel is in a densely populated area. There are no sweeping views across the lawns or the lake. So less natural light and the heavy industrial greys added to that enclosed feel. There's not a wealth of western menu food places. Some smelt delicious but we were a bit fed up with google translate at this point. That said, the hotel offers a good list of places. We really liked the Anya Restaurant. It was a bit quiet. There was some good public space but always dead. It felt just a tad souless. Would I return? Probably not. I wouldnt run away but id probably not book it again.
