Known for its reputation in Thailand. There’s a couple of locations along Yaowarat road. Usually no que. Live gold price can be check on their website too. Very good experience. Ended up with 2 chains and an earring. Cash is preferred otherwise there’s extra charges for card payment.

I went to such Gold shop for the first time. To get my first gold as souvenir from Thai, I dropped in this store based on the suggestion by my Thai friend. There are so many golden accessories inside counter, different design, weight, and at the lightend, there are most friendly price products such as 1g, 2g etc. You can get advice from staffs, depends on the budget and preference on designs. They explain comprehensively how price is defined, based on the today's realtime gold market price, and weight. I bought the one of the smallest gold bar, which was around 50USD, but I felt so happy and excited to be the Gold owner :) If you go to buy Gold , please bring Passport, and payment method. (Aside from Cash, Credit card is acceptable, but please be noted that additional transaction fee will be charged. (2%? Pls double check with staffs. ) The shop register my transaction, so my purchase/ownership history was properly recorded. Since Gold is like a "charm" to tract good luck, maybe you can consider to buy a small one as souvenir:)

Different Gold buying experience as an Indian. You’ll have to wait in a queue just for them to let you check out the jewellery. And then they give 5-6 options on what you want to buy and that’s it. Entire process takes less than 10 mins.
