HYDE Heritage Thonglor

Probably the worst building in BKK. All the reviews here are by staff and not actual residents. We lived here only for 2 months and have to break our lease as the constant construction noise from morning till evening is unbearable. Building management is useless and just smile to your face and does absolutely nothing. A slap in the face was on Christmas morning we were woken up by the beautiful sound of construction, we asked the building staff if they could honour us the rest on Christmas Day at least, we were asked “ when are you guys leaving?” We were really asked to leave our home ON CHRISTMAS DAY!. The quality is subpar despite its glamorous look but that's not good enough. The drainage system is shocking and nothing ever works properly and there's always repair taking place in the building causing facilities to be out of service. The building is 80% empty and I can see why. Owner couldn't care less either and kept our deposit despite the issue broke so many clause in our contract. Honestly don't bother with this place unless you want to live on a constant construction site.

Lower floors of this building is cockroach infested. I stay on 9th floor. I get maid to clean my unit regularly. Never cooked inside the unit and only rarely eat takeouts inside the unit. But still the coackroach problem is the worst I have seen in Thailand. Pest control service from the juristic office is not effective at all. 1st Posted video of a huge coackroach running around is taken on the day after I move in ( unit was thoroughly cleaned before the lease) 2nd Posted photo is a pile of coackroach feces that appear after a 1 week trip away ( wasn’t there before) I have stayed at condos with 1/3 of the rental cost and not having seen a single roach for entire year. Stay away if you don’t like roaches
