Ibis Bangkok Riverside

I stayed here for the river view, and it was totally worth it. The room is compact, but it’s smartly designed and has everything you need — small but functional. The best part is definitely the location and that panoramic river view. You get the wide open river, soft morning light, and beautiful city lights at night. I could enjoy the view all day, from when I woke up until bedtime. Had such a lovely time here — I’ll be back for sure!

I stayed at Ibis Riverside, Bangkok during my recent trip to Thailand and had a pleasant overall experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated being allocated a room with the view we had requested at the time of booking. However, the room size was somewhat compact. The hotel’s riverside location offers beautiful views and provides convenient access to many popular tourist attractions in Bangkok, which was a significant advantage during our stay. The breakfast spread was good overall, though the vegetarian options were somewhat limited. Additionally, several of the bread selections were repeated throughout the four days of our stay, which suggests there is room for greater variety and improvement. The hotel also features an outdoor massage spa located near the pool area. The pricing appeared competitive compared to similar services outside the hotel. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the staff throughout the property were consistently professional, courteous, and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few areas that could benefit from enhancement.

Absolutely wonderful experience at ibis Bangkok Riverside. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. What really touched us was the surprise birthday card and dessert they arranged for my mom — such a small gesture, but it meant a lot to our family and made the trip extra special. You can tell the team genuinely cares about their guests. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a very relaxing atmosphere by the river. Service was smooth, friendly, and professional from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended if you want a stay where people go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. We would happily stay here again.
