I had a wonderful stay at ibis bangkok sathorn. The service was excellent throughout my visit. A special thank you to Khun Lookpla at the restaurant. I met her every morning and she always greeted me with such great energy. She remembered and recognized me every day, which made the experience feel very warm and welcoming. The housekeeping team also did a great job. My room was cleaned very well every day when I returned. I truly recommend staying here, and I will definitely come back again when visiting Bangkok.

Had a great time at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Lookpla, she provided a seamless experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to come to Bangkok. Bonus points for having 7-Eleven and multiple restaurants just outside! Very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ibis hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. What really made the stay extra special was the amazing staff—especially Khun Poom, Khum Plw, and KC. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of, always with genuine smiles and kindness. Their hospitality truly made a difference and turned a great stay into a memorable one. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
