I lived here for 5 years during my university days. No need to mention its location, perhaps one of the best in Bangkok. It’s an excellent condo with great strict policy for shared space usage, parking is never full, and atmosphere is very quiet. Big maxvalu with excellent selection of both pre-cooked food and also some small selection of items for those who love to cook like me and a freaking Strabucks?! right at your doorstep, crazy. I have stayed in 4 different condos all around Bangkok and Ideo Q Chula Samyan is definitely my favorite by a long shot. If you are considering staying here, I would highly recommend :) I moved from this condo since I no longer need to live in such a location but I definitely miss it a lot. I had a great experience here with the maintenance staffs. The only downside would be the juristic people that always looks as if they hate their job.

Most of the staff is awesome, the location is really good, but the main issue is the elevators, there is always an issue, sometimes there is one or two that are not working, one day there where 3 elevators not working for the tower, and each tower have 4 elevators, so it was really slow because of the number of tenants. The exterior and amenities are really good, but when you take a look inside is a "so so" condo. Could be better taken care of, considering the price. Quite disappointing.

Привет. I just moved here a couple of months ago in May 2025 from my homeland of Moscow. My first impressions so far: has some pests such as cockroaches and weevils, as there is no preventative spraying, but overall a great place to live with a vibrant elderly senior-citizen community. Like we say in my homeland, the more insects around you, the better the place. I love living with other living things. Also, the locks do not work on the doors to the individual unit. But like we say in Russia, no theft then no problem. Overall, I am happy here and very excited to see many quiet, elderly people around me.
