In A Box Hostel

On the 7th January I had a booking and paid cash in person, when i walked in the room i noticed a few little bugs everywhere but it wasn’t too much of an issue as its thailand. However we went out for several hours and once we returned there was a herd of bugs all on the table near the sink so many it made me feel sick. Then my sister looked in her rucksack which was left in the room open to find two massive bugs and then we see a few more big ones that kept hiding. The little ones all seemed to run off up the walls by the sink in our room D1, we decided to not stay in the room that night and to book another a hotel “The Asia Hotel” 2 min drive away. I have requested a full refund as we explained at the desk about the situation and that we can’t stay and handed in our keys. It’s a shame and i hope it’s sorted before someone else stays in that room. I will update this review if i get a refund as that does help the situation and shows their honesty and niceness.

SCAMMED HOSTEL , Avoid it !!! I arrived without reservation around 9:00 pm , my travel next day. I ask to a lady for one night price and it was more expensive than website so I chose the website trip.com , I booked it and try to find my PASSPORT to check IN , but surprisingly I couldn’t find it , I lost it at the Bangkok airport, I told the lady at front desk that I have to return to looking for my passport so for that reason I have to CANCEL my booking. I cancelled it in trip.com BUT this UGLY SCAM HOSTEL CHARGE THE NIGHT, THAT I DIDNT EVEN CHECK IN , I DIDNT STAYED, AND THIS LADY KNEW THE PROBLEM “NO PASSPORT TO CHECK IN IN A LAST MINUTE BOOKING “. I SPENT THE NIGHT AT THE AIRPORT LOOKING FOR MY PASSPORT THAT LUCKILY I FOUND IN LOST AND FOUND PASSED MIDNIGHT. I DINT SPEND THE NIGHT AND THEY EVEN CHARGED. SUCH DISHONEST PEOPLE. AVOID THIS KIND OF BUSINESS.
