We had an absolutely incredible stay at the InterContinental Bangkok! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and luxurious. The club lounge was simply outstanding — the selection of TWG teas, afternoon snacks, and evening cocktails with hot food made every day feel special. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. One of the highlights of our trip was the free spiritual walking tour offered by the hotel. Our guide, Peace, did a wonderful job showing us the city and sharing insights. His knowledge, warmth, and enthusiasm made the tour unforgettable. Overall, this hotel exceeded every expectation. Between the amazing lounge, attentive staff, and unique experiences like the walking tour, it truly made our Bangkok trip memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Spent 4 nights at the Intercontinental Bangkok to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Centralize location, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and superb Chinese restaurant. We were especially impressed with the level of Customer Service. Our sincere gratitude to Koch Samutkota from Concierge and Tossapon Dablaum from Guest Services. They were able to locate my mobile phone which I inadvertently left behind in our hotel room after checking out. Thanks to their tireless collaboration with Noon, the concierge at Intercontinental Chiang Mai, I received my mobile phone back in my hands within 24 hours. The impressive customer service reassured my loyalty as an IHG Diamond member. Thank you all!

It was an impressive birthday dinner at Espresso Restaurant. The food selection was extensive, including international cuisine, as well as a wide variety of seafood. Everything tasted delicious and was worth for the price. Moreover, what impressed us the most during this meal was the excellent service provided by “Khun Nathachai (Nont)”. He took great care of us, was attentive to detail, always cheerful with a warm smile, and showed a genuine willingness to serve. We will definitely come back to Espresso again.
