Stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel has plenty of facilities, and my room was large and very clean. The customer service was amazing – the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The location is convenient, and I managed to get a very good price for what was offered. The food was also really good and reasonably priced. The only small downside was that the bathroom could do with a slight refurbishment. Aside from that, it’s a very well-run hotel and I would happily stay again.

I truly had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The place is super friendly, bright, and full of positive energy ✨you instantly feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful, a perfect place to relax, and the swimming pool is very clean, pretty and well maintained. The restaurant was also excellent delicious food, great quality, and a lovely atmosphere. But the highlight of the evening was definitely the server absolutely adorable, so kind, smiling, attentive and very professional. His service made our dinner unforgettable and added such a special touch to the experience. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of choices and a very friendly staff to start the day in the best way. A huge thank you to the entire team for this fantastic stay. I highly recommend ISanook Bangkok for a short our long-term stay and would come back with great pleasure!

What a great place to stay! We felt very welcome here! Friendly staff and manager, who provided very good service and who were very accommodating. The food at lunch was so tasty and there was a nice variety. The pool gave you the feeling you were not in the middle of Bangkok. We stayed in a small suite in which each bedroom had a bathroom. There was even a kitchen and a living room, which gave us freedom to feel at home. This hotel is definitely a very good choice if you want to visit Bangkok!
