We absolutely loved our stay at the Jasmine City hotel! The location is great if you love shopping, although is a little distant from the temples. The room was very comfy and bed amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The real opinions is somewhere in the middle. The location is good, there are good staff and there are rude staff. The new staff, they are trying their best. There are rude guests and there are friendly guests. I had a nice conversation with an old chinese lady about flowers. The power outage, was notified by a paper notice. So the review saying no notification is not true. I have never had any problems. But I'm not thai so I don't know why the unhappiness. It's a decent place, friends. It's near soi cowboy. It's supposed to be loud sometimes.

Amazing hotel with clean, spacious rooms. One of the biggest highlights is the food—every menu item is excellent. Delicious, authentic Thai dishes alongside very well-executed international cuisine. Highly recommend coming for the à la carte dining experience.

Got adventurous and didnt bother booking for anything, this being the 5th walk in, quiet room, great supportive beds except for the comically low heat water heater, noisy ac, anw water is only lukewarm, not enough for a hot press on your face to refresh after a great night. Told them about it, no change, prob has something to do central heating and how it cant set the temp per room, a real shame. Its hard to rank this experience cause like at this price shower not being hot enough is just...when any random inn with its own heater in the bathtub could do it. So ye, if your a fan of lukewarm shower but never hot enough to relax, this is a must try. And complimentary drinks, but the shower mayne, no dice.

Don't have pictures for the hotel. Interior is a bit traditional as in late 90's. Some rooms come with washing machine and some don't. Bed and pillows are comfy. This hotel is very near to Terminal 21 and BTS and MRT, it is very convenient. And it is nearer to walk to Soi Cowboy then Terminal 21.🤠
