When I was waiting in lobby and tried to connect the wifi, it didnt work. Instead of connecting me with other wifi, the glasses skinny guy at reception said that they are working on repairing the wifi. I got my phone connected to other wifi with a help of a bell boy who quickly got me connected with the other wifi, this made me think why the guy at reception couldn’t do it and caused me inconvenience. However, I’m giving 5 stars basis very clean rooms and housekeeping service is excellent.

The place have a great location. Large rooms with small kitchen. Small gym and pool. And also there's a supermarket downstairs with enter from the lobby. It's very useful. Normal prices on it, not typical hotel prices. Staff was very helpful and kind. We're stayed here for 3 nights. Good experience.

Such a nice hotel! Had the best experience here! All the staff were so kind and considerate. They were extremely friendly to our 2yo, during breakfast and when seeing them in the lobby. Multiple high fives and boxes were exchanged. The breakfast was very very tasty. Everyday there was a different menu so you could taste different foods everyday. As a vegetarian, there were lots of vegetarian options (no egg, no fish and no meat), also in the room service. The rooms were very clean and modern. We had a washing machine and microwave, even a freezer!! It was cute to have complimentary slippers to wear in the room and everyday a water bottle! The house-keeping staff were absolute superstars, they even did our dishes (milk bottles for our toddler) which they didn't have to do but did anyway. Very thankfull for that. The location is very good to reach from either Ekkamai BTS station or Phra Kanong BTS station, and also when using grabs (taxis). Overall, a great experience!! Highly recommend !!
