Excellent location just 50m from the BtS Phrakhanong which is quite in a center area of Bangkok We had lunch at their Jasmine Station the coffee shop; we did not expect anything but quick and good service but was surprised by a good lunch meal :) For easy and quick service at reasonable price, I would recommend. They have plenty of tables and can plug our computer to work on spot. The atmosphere was little cold as no much warm decoration and very simple but this is very personal.

So everything about this place was amazing except for the bed. The station is literally steps away from a BTS station which is awesome and you're high enough up in the rooms (I think they start on level 6) that you can't hear the trains unless you have a balcony (we did.) The front desk clerks were super nice and extremely helpful. The bell hop was on it when we walked in and even gave us a quick room tour. We had the room with the plunge pool on a patio outside on the 19th floor. The entire room was amazing, but man, that bed might have been the hardest bed I've ever slept on. Still giving 5 stars because everything else made up for the one issue.

The lobby is beautiful. The view was nice. The television worked well and the pool was beautiful. That being said there’s a lot of glass in the bathroom and it could use a better cleaning the English breakfast that I got in the morning was one of the worst I’ve ever had. That being said, it is not as expensive as many other five Star hotels in the area so I would say I feel like I got my moneys worth. The staff was also very friendly

Negative Reviews
We had an ok stay at the Jasmine Resort. Rooms are clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was nice and kids below age 12 can eat for free. The one negative I would like to point out is that they charge you certain fee if you want to store your luggage for more than a day. We found that a bit strange.

I am having a very bad experience this morning during my breakfast. The guy ( i am not sure if his a manager) but he took our plate and cutlery on our table without permission. Even the plate that my nephew still eat and still have the food, he just grabbed it without any ask if he is done or not. We told him, we still use the cutlery and he said we have the new one.. what the hack!! I give 0 star even if there is a selection for -1000 i will give to him.. very rude!!!! I gave 1000 star for the bell boy, the Indian young guy. He really friendly and really know how to give a service to a guest, Bravo!!
