Very good price, very good quality, and excellent service. I certainly was not intending to buy jewellery on this trip but I am so happy to have found out about this hidden gem. I spotted an aquamarine ring for sale that I quite fancied, and with Samart’s vision and expertise, we altered it by adding a couple of perfectly shaped and sized stones, transforming an already lovely ring into something quite beautiful. The prices are very, very reasonable and the service from Samart was professional and helpful - never pushy. He is a man who clearly loves creating beautiful pieces for his clients. All the staff were professional and respectful; different to all the other shiny, brassy, jewellery stores that fiercely compete for your money. The store is intriguing and holds lots of other items of interest and beauty, and the walls are lined with photographs that tell stories of its history. I highly recommend a visit here, particularly if the idea of bespoke jewellery appeals to you. Jonny’s Gems is only a 10 minute walk from The Old Siam Plaza.

Went to get a gem replaced on my ring. Amazing service, staff were friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the results, and would highly recommend them!
