I stay at this hotel for a few weeks nearly every year. Overall, it’s a good hotel—not in the best location for Bangkok sightseeing, but convenient and close to the airport. My main criticism, however, is the gym. The equipment urgently needs to be updated. None of the three treadmills function properly, and almost all the other equipment is damaged as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Kantary Hotel for 20 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were always friendly, warm, and incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. What made it even more special was how kind they were to our family—my kid wandered into the office a couple of times, and the staff would happily give him snacks and treats, which always made him smile! A special thank you to all the front desk team for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. They made us feel at home from day one. We truly appreciated the care and attention we received and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay. ❤️

I recently stayed at Kantary House Bangkok Hotel as part of the month long South Asia trip. The experience did not meet expectations for a property advertised as 4 stars. The hotel itself was extremely outdated and cleanliness was below what I would consider acceptable for this rating. The swimming pool was empty, with broken concrete and garbage, and had no water. The toilet was leaking, and the towels and bed sheets had stains. The bathroom floor was lower than the rest of the room, which made it a tripping hazard, especially at night. The breakfast buffet was okay, but the selection was limited. One major concern, however, was security. The hotel appeared to have little to no visible security presence. There was no gate and a guard was rarely seen. Consider the rough condition of the surrounding area of the hotel, security should be priority. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Their service is the main reason I would rate this hotel 3 stars rather than 2 stars. Overall, while the staff did their best to provide good service, the condition of the hotel and lack of security make it difficult to recommend. - I have a few photos but was unable to download it to the site. I will try it again later so check within a few days if you want to see the photos.
