Cute 2-storey shop that stocks many small local brands, mainly selling graphic tees, bags, accessories, hats. I purchased a t-shirt from the Homeboy brand. The material is very comfortable. Prices are reasonable for a stand alone boutique. About 300-800 baht. You'll see Thai students shopping here as well. Staff leave you alone to explore the shop, no pressure to purchase anything. They are very helpful and proactive in sharing additional information when I do want to purchase something and have questions.
