I had FEMTO here on May 1, 2025. The nurses took excellent care of me. After the procedure, I could see clearly immediately. Before the procedure, they conducted a detailed eye examination to assess the surgical method. I had minimal post-operative symptoms and it did not affect my daily life. I am very impressed.

The patient screening process has deteriorated, especially the queuing system, which is unreasonable. At the screening point, walk-in patients are being placed to wait with doctors who have scheduled appointments, along with patients in very long queues, when in reality they should be able to see other doctors. Putting more patients together doesn't improve the efficiency of the examination process; instead, it creates unnecessary overcrowding and negative consequences. I hope the hospital will improve this.
