Nice place, right next to Chong Nonsi BTS. Easy to get around, lots to do around the condo. The condo itself is comfortable and pretty quiet. The bed was actually comfortable because if you’ve spent anytime in Thailand you know they love their hard beds. I will say the one drawback is right next door there is construction going on and everyday at 0730 you’ll hear those sounds.

Luxury condo. Very nice lobby, gym, and pool. Gym and pool are typically empty. Quiet building. Lots of travellers stay here.

Please avoid this condo as much as possible. Once you deposit your security money, just don’t expect to get it back from the owner. It’s better if you don’t pay the last month rent. The owner will never ever pay your deposit money. The owner and agents of Klass Silom are scamming foreigner’s money. First of all the gym is tiny, swimming pool is also like a small pond, no security guard and then they charge you rent like some long standing, lavish condo. Please save your money from this condo as much as possible. Too many cockroaches, ants everything in that place.

Rented here. Location is good for office workers. Building finger scanners can be a PITA. Lots of old buildings with metal roofs on east side. 3rd floor was reasonably quiet. Gym is minimal. Spin bikes don't work. Pool is ok. very little pool deck. Only worth it if you get a good price. Found a lot of better deals after I rented here.
