This was the first time I left my cats at a hotel in Bangkok. Thanks to the attentiveness, care, and daily updates from the Kofuku Rama 9 team, we had a very comfortable 15 days. I had no problems communicating in English. I could see my cats on camera whenever I wanted. The rooms are very clean, air-conditioned, spacious, and specifically designed for cats. They have areas for daily walks and playtime. Both my cats gained weight and were healthy. They also loved their caretakers and made lots of new feline friends. I recommend it to everyone, especially foreigners. I'm so glad I found a hotel where I can safely leave my cats for future travels. It's also great that they have branches with alternative locations and rooms. Love from Snickers & Ruffles.🙏😽😽

Very professional and excellent cat hotel service in town. Cat is healthy and happy staying here. Booking process is simple and easy. Incoming cat’s vaccine certificate verification is good for all cats. Cat sitters are very friendly and helpful. Daily photos and video clips are directly updated to the owner. Great place!

The best service for a cat hotel! Daily updates on cat health and their mood every single day. They also send many lovely photos and had a free health check up by a vet during the stay. Wonderful staff!
