This renowned Danish bakery draws a long queue, with a wait time of at least 30 minutes. Their limited seating means you’ll need to be prepared for a wait. And a lot of local queueing for this too. Their signature sourdough and egg tarts are delicious, and we also tried their banana bread with 50% dark chocolate, which was equally tasty. It is worth mentioning that their pastries are not overtly sweet, including the banana bread. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re not in a hurry.

La Cabra Bakery is a total aesthetic—clean, minimal, and effortlessly stylish. Even the coffee packaging looks like it belongs in a design magazine, and the pastry counter is dangerously tempting. I tried two items and both were amazing: • Raspberry Pistachio Seasonal Bun: soft, sugar-dusted, and generously filled. The raspberry compote gives a bright tart pop, while the pistachio praline and creamy vanilla/white chocolate ganache make it rich and balanced—sweet but not heavy. • Maple Bacon Pecan Roll: the perfect sweet–savory bite. Buttery, caramelized layers with a deep maple flavor, nutty pecan crunch, and that smoky bacon edge that makes you keep going back for “one more bite.” And the coffee? Beautifully presented and smooth—exactly the kind of cup you want to slow down with. Overall: a must-visit for pastry lovers and coffee people. I’m definitely coming back to try more (that cardamom bun is calling my name). Can’t wait to try more new items I would vote this for the best pastry in Thailand so far.

☕️✨If you’re visiting La Cabra Silom, their Sourdough is a must-try! It’s easily one of the best. I also loved the Seasonal Bun, which was absolutely fantastic and the coffee is super. The vibe is effortlessly chic and minimal. Highly recommended! 🥖🥯☕️✨
